- Determine and develop a system that will ensure the university can carry out its activities effectively and efficiently, and to determine the qualifications and quantity of personnel suitable for the tasks to be performed;
- Ensure that the right personnel are employed in the right place in line with the university's mission and vision by conducting medium and long-term human resources planning for the institution;
Organize pre-service and in-service training programs for personnel to improve their professional knowledge and skills; - Develop a performance management system that will allow them to evaluate the results of their own performance and, accordingly, create a career management system that will ensure their continuous development within the institution;Develop systems that will encourage success and creativity by providing working conditions appropriate to the nature of the service provided;
- Ensure that personnel's social and cultural needs are met in order to provide working conditions appropriate to the nature of the service they perform, develop systems that encourage success and creativity, and increase their productivity by creating an "institutional culture and awareness" that will reinforce their commitment to the institution and make their work more motivating.
