- Working on the university's manpower planning and personnel policy, making recommendations regarding the implementation of the personnel system,

- Organizing and implementing pre-service and in-service training programs for administrative personnel, as well as training programs for promotions and title changes,
- Determining the standard positions of our university's academic staff based on unit, department, and program, and implementing them throughout the year in accordance with relevant legislation,
- Improving the performance of our university's staff by evaluating their quality and work efficiency,
- Providing our institution with more efficient and competent personnel who are highly educated, adaptable to technology, develop a sense of duty, and develop knowledge,
